This Privacy Policy describes how On The Vine Media, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), based in New York, collects, uses, and shares information when you play Snake Paint (the "Game") on your mobile device. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play Snake Paint. However, certain data is collected automatically through the third-party services we use:
- Usage and analytics data — such as gameplay events, session duration, level progress, and in-game actions, collected via Google Analytics for Firebase.
- Crash and diagnostic data — such as device model, operating system version, app version, and error logs, collected via Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix bugs.
- Advertising data — such as device advertising identifiers and interaction data with video advertisements, collected by our ad network providers.
- Device identifiers — such as a randomly assigned app instance ID used to distinguish devices without identifying you personally.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used to:
- Understand how players interact with the Game so we can improve gameplay and level design.
- Identify, diagnose, and fix technical issues and crashes.
- Serve video advertisements within the Game, including interstitial ads shown between levels and rewarded ads shown when you request a hint.
- Measure the performance and effectiveness of advertisements.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising
Snake Paint is supported by advertisements to provide the game for free. We use two main types of video ads:
- Interstitial Ads: Full-screen video ads that may appear between puzzle levels.
- Rewarded Ads: Optional video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for a hint to help solve a puzzle.
These ads are served by Google AdMob and its partners. To show relevant content, these networks may use your device's Advertising ID and approximate location data.
You have full control over whether these ads are personalized to your interests. Please see Section 4 (Third-Party Services & Opt-Outs) below for specific instructions on how to manage your advertising preferences in your Android settings.
4. Third-Party Services & Opt-Outs
We use the following third-party services to improve Snake Paint, analyze performance, and serve advertisements. These services may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies:

Your Privacy Controls & Opt-Outs
You have control over the data collected by these third parties through your device settings:
- Personalized Ads: You can opt-out of interest-based advertising on your Android device by going to Settings > Google > Ads and selecting "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete Advertising ID".
- Usage & Diagnostics: You can manage whether your device shares diagnostic data with Google via Settings > Google > More (three dots) > Usage & diagnostics.
- Permissions: You can view and revoke any app permissions (such as approximate location) at any time through the Apps section of your device settings.

5. Children's Privacy
Snake Paint is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

We retain analytics and crash data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You may request deletion of data associated with your device by contacting us at the address below.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your data, including:
- The right to access the data we hold about you.
- The right to request correction or deletion of your data.
- The right to opt out of interest-based advertising through your device settings.
